The Menu:
Cappadocian Carpet-Shop Stew (Guvec), with Lamb

Vegetarian Bulgar Stew with Tomato Paste
Spinach a la Turk with Yogurt

Cucumbers sliced and dressed with pear-infused vinegar and olive oil

All served with a hearty red wine
Anne brought her sweet, chewy date bars for desert!
